- Any issues, contact us immediately at info@rtbmx.com for help and to obtain return shipping info.
- Customer pays shipping for returns or exchanges (unless we are to blame)
- Don’t send back damaged items with missing packaging or install marks. All original packaging must be included or there will be no refund.
- 30 days for returns (from original purchase date)
- There are no returns or exchanges on sale or clearance items
- No returns on special orders
